In Blame!, Pcell is a female Silicon Creature (Blame!) working under Davine Lu Linvega who has the ability to sense and track intruders in the Unofficial Megastructure. "Eighth Generation Pcell" (probably her descendant) is the protagonist of the one-shot sequel Blame!².
