Paz Ortega Andrae (real name: Pacifica Ocean) is a supporting character in Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. She is a Spy for Cipher in Peace Walker and a Prisoner in The Phantom Pain. In Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker she steals and pilots Metal Gear Zeke.
She is known for her high school student appearance and peace loving demeanor. She's commonly associated with the peace sign and it's double meaning as a V for victory.
