Oyecomova is a secondary antagonist featured in the seventh part of the JoJo No Kimyou Na Bouken series, Steel Ball Run.
Oyecomova is a man with long, dark hair, closely resembling Dreadlocks. His makeup is loosely based on the American Flag and Tattoos representing clocks cover his legs and arms. His body is covered in what he describes as his "skin", with another layer underneath appearing darker in tone. The netting-like veil over Oyecomova's face is meant to act as a sun-protectant and an insect screen, which was meant to give him an advantage in the race.
His outfit consists of a Vest with stitches lining the inner sides, a Skirt that splits into long, pointed sections, an apparatus on his stomach, striped mid-calf Boots, and Striped Wristbands. He also sports a biker's cap styled with chain accessories and holes in the top, allowing spiral-shaped hair to stick out.
