Owner of the live house SPACE in BanG Dream!. Her name is Tsuzuki Shifune, but everyone calls her "Owner".

Before founding SPACE, she was a member of a band called MiraculouScarlet, where she went by "Shisen".

Grandmother of Kaname Raana.
