She has light Red Hair kept in a Braided Ponytail and Yellow Eyes. Usually depicted as an Office Lady wearing a white long-sleeved tucked in Collared Shirt with a Black Necktie and Black Pants.
She is actually the Control Devil, one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.
