Otta Ely is one of the two deuteragonists of Choujin X.
After her altercation with Chandra Hume (Choujin X) on the plane she becomes a Smoke Choujin. Ely's true powers are later revealed to be a Thief Choujin. She later becomes the new Choujin X by stealing the mark from Batista.
