Kurosu is a female character from the series Sasaki To P-Chan (Eng: Sasaki and Peeps). She is a middle schooler with Black Hair drawn into a Ponytail, Brown Eyes, and is commonly seen in her School Uniform. She is regularly referred to in the series simply as Neighbor (Otonari-san), and lives in the apartment next door to the protagonist Sasaki (Sasaki To P-Chan). Due to her neglectful mother, she regularly meets Sasaki while sitting outside the door to her apartment.
