A recurring NPC from Goddess Of Victory: Nikke.
He is an officer affiliated to the Central Government active during the First Rapture Invasion. Nicknamed "Hellhound".
He would later adopt both Freesia (Nikke) (who would later be known as Pretty (Nikke)) and Burningum (Nikke). In his retirement, Oswald would become the director of the Ark's library to archive the many heroism done by humans and Nikkes alike throughout the history. These records would be kept in secret as part of the Forbidden Library that would be managed by the Best Seller (Nikke) squad, to which he founded as well.
