Transformers character. He appears in the Beast Wars and Beast Wars II CGI animated series from the late 90s.
Optimus Primal is an heroic maximal Autobot, a sentient Alien Robot that can transform into a dark grey, red, silver and blue mechanical Gorilla.
In Japan his name was changed to Beast Convoy. He later appears in the Beast Wars II movie when Lio Convoy uses a time machine to bring him to their time period after Galvatron summoned MajinZarak.
