Her second costume consists of a grey Sailor Hat, a blue long-sleeved Cropped Jacket with Sleeve Cuffs, an Armband and golden Buttons, a high-collared cropped grey Sleeveless Shirt with a pinstripe pattern, a Black Bowtie with a golden Star Brooch, Blue Shorts with Suspenders and a large Back Bow and Hip Vents showing the waistband of her lace-trimmed Black Panties, Grey Thighhighs, and black High Heel Boots. As this is the costume that Subaru uses for her "Oozora Police department" streams, it is also often drawn with a Police Hat instead of her sailor hat.
Her official hairstyle with this costume is Short Hair with Swept Bangs and a Side Braid held with a golden star Hairclip.
