A mischievous boy from Kao Ni Denai Kashiwada-San To Kao Ni Deru Oota-Kun whose face reveals everything he's thinking. He can't help but be curious about Kashiwada-San. He swears he'll surprise her, and tries to mess with her, but his attempts usually end in failure.
He's sometimes thought of as a bully, but in fact he's a bit clumsy and cares about his friends.
His grades aren't good, and he always struggles with tests. He has an older sister who loves to tease her younger brother.
