A character from Koha-Ace, an alter version of Okita Souji (Fate). Originally known as "Majin Saber" during the manga's XP run, she was a Saber-class gag character lampooning the concept of powerful fusions and Dark Persona (Alter forms in Fate universe), being a fusion of Oda Nobunaga (Koha-Ace) and Okita Souji (Koha-Ace). In Fate/Grand Order, she appears as an Alter Ego-class Servant, and is a version of Okita Souji who became a Counter Force guardian, similarly to Archer (Fate).
She appears as a young woman with long White Hair, tied with a Hair Bow and decorated with Tassel Hair Ornaments. She wears a red and black dress bearing similarity to a Short Kimono and long European style Coat, complete with High Collar held closed by a rope Tassel.
The second kanji in her name as "Majin Saber" doesn't actually exist, with "jin" (asset #39621318) consisting of the character for god (神) above the character for person (人).
Her swimsuit variant is Okita Souji Alter (Swimsuit Saber) (Fate).
