When Okinami received her kai ni on March 19, 2020 (sixth of the Yuugumos to receive one), she started out with the winter version of the Kai-Ni-Yuugumo-class uniform, consisting of a short grey Blazer over the dress which now has a sheer black underskirt that gradiates to green, a reference to Suzuya, with whom she had an association. Her pantyhose has also been reduced to Thighhighs in the same seamed style.
She later gets the standard Yuugumo-class summer uniform, consisting of a violet Vest over a white short-sleeved blouse, a pleated purple skirt with a sheer black underskirt (complete with the green gradient), black gauntlet-like Fingerless Gloves, and the abovementioned thighhighs.
