The protagonist of Steins;Gate and Steins;Gate 0. Also known as Hououin Kyouma (鳳凰院 凶真) and Okarin (オカリン).
He has short Black Hair and Yellow Eyes. In Steins;Gate, he wears a White Shirt, Brown Pants, and a Lab Coat with a red Pen in its Breast Pocket. In Steins;Gate 0, he instead wears a collared Black Shirt, Black Pants and a Black Coat with the red Pen still in the Breast Pocket.
Despite his Chuunibyou tendencies, he's actually pretty intelligent and has an intuitive grasp of much of what they're doing.
