An orgasmic facial expression where the character's tongue is out, one eye is half-closed, and the other is open with Heart-Shaped Pupils. The term originates from the combination of オッドアイ (odd-eye, aka Heterochromia) and オホ声 (oho voice, a type of sexual moaning or panting).
