Foot soldiers for the Octarian (Enemy) army in the Splatoon (Series) universe.
They resemble large tentacles with humanoid legs, though more aggressive octotroopers may have two tentacles growing out of their heads. They are commonly shown driving a hovercraft-type device on land. Due to their lack of arms, they tend to pilot these craft with the top of their tentacles.
