The male Octoling Player Character from the Splatoon (Series) series. Their female counterpart is the Octoling Girl.
In Splatoon 3, with hair no longer being gender-locked, the only canonical difference between male and female Octolings is their eyebrows and eye mask markings. With eye masks, octoling boys do not have an eyelash on the lower outer corners, whereas girls do. For differences in eyebrows between the genders, see below. Please note that these gender differences is subject to artstyle, and not always congruent with canon.
