Member of Chaldea Security Organization, first appearing in the Part 2 prologue (but retroactively appearing in the anime adaptions of Babylonia (Fate/Grand Order) and Solomon). She managed to escape the attack on Chaldea as one of the 11 survivors forming Novum Chaldea. She is referred to as Sylvia in the Part 2 prologue but has only been referred to as Octavia since.
