Sasara is a popular solo Manzai comedian based in Osaka. A former member of both iterations of Mad Comic Dialogue, as well as the current leader of Dotsuitare Hompo.
He presents himself as a friendly and outgoing fool, but he is actually extremely perceptive and tends to keeps others at a distance. He originally partnered with Tsutsujimori Rosho as the comic duo ‘Dotsuitare Hompo’, with Rosho being the one person he ever actually wanted to be friends with. He was praised as a genius comedian straight after his debut, and has remained a stand-up comedian since the duo disbanded. His style of comedy makes heavy use of puns, and he’s done a wide range of work, from MCing for TV shows to reporting. His goal is to make the whole world laugh with his comedy.
