Abnormality O-06-20 from Lobotomy Corporation. It's classified as an ALEPH Abnormality.
It has three forms that it can take. The first form is a five-legged creature with mismatched body parts attached to it. The second form is egg-shaped, has multiple eyes, and looks to be made out of muscles. The third form is bipedal and humanoid and has multiple eyes covering its body, an open stomach with intestines spilling out, and a large mace arm with spikes coming out of it.
The E.G.O. extracted from this Abnormality is Mimicry.
