A Warrant Officer from the Fuso Imperial Navy. Known as the Demon of Libau, she's a hyperactive and reckless girl with a great talent for flying and air maneuvers. Sakamoto Mio, Takei Junko, and Kanno Naoe all look up to her.
Her weapons are a Type 99-2 cannon Model 2 Kai and a Fuso Sword. Her familiar is a domestic cat, and she's based on Nishizawa Hiroyoshi.
