Real Life Japanese Jockey and horse trainer (retired). As a jockey, he was famous for riding Katsuragi Ace (Racehorse) and Yaeno Muteki (Racehorse) in the 1980s. As a trainer, his most successful horses were Kawakami Princess (Racehorse) and Hokko Tarumae (Racehorse).
Nishiura retired in February 2021 as he reached the JRA retirement age of 70.
