Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese light cruiser Ooyodo. Character design by Fujikawa, voiced by Kawasumi Ayako.
She has long Black Hair, a Hairband, bluish-green eyes with Glasses, and Small Breasts. In the game, she has two roles: as the girl who appears in the quest menu, taking the role as "Ninmu Musume" or "Mission Girl"; and as a playable ship, whose upgraded version contains a command facility that can retreat damaged ships.
Both versions of her wear a White Shirt with a Blue Sailor Collar, Red Neckerchief, blue Pleated Skirt with hip vents, Black Thighhighs, and black rudder Thigh Boots.
As an NPC, she carries notebooks and holds a Quill. As a playable character, she uses a 15.5 cm triple gun mount as a Handgun, an catapult attached to her right arm, another triple gun holstered on her thigh and a large seaplane hangar attached to her back. Several Anti-Aircraft Gun mounts are attached to her and her hangar, and there are three masts with Radars on top of the rig.
