A member of the Counters (Nikke), along with Rapi (Nikke) and Anis (Nikke), Neon is a simple-minded airhead who adores firepower, thus earning herself the title of "Queen of Firepower."
She is Petite with Green Eyes and long White Hair. She wears a white Sailor Hat and Glasses, a Sailor Uniform over a One-Piece Swimsuit, and a Pleated Skirt, Thighhighs, and High Heel Boots. She wields a Kel-Tec KSG Shotgun named Annihilation (Nikke).
Strangely, she declares that she is a "spy" to everyone she meets.
