A Neco Spirit first appearing in Carnival Phantasm, voiced by Ciel (Tsukihime)'s voice actress Sakuma Kumi. Looks nigh-identical to Neco-Arc, but can be distinguished by the permanent Blush marks on her face, her slightly more yellow hair, and her Aqua Skirt.
