As the name implies, a kind of Corset worn on the neck, though usually not tightened as much for the sake of breathing. Commonly seen in BDSM scenarios, though it is not exclusive to it. Also tends to allow for more movement of the head in contrast to a Posture Collar though the two can overlap.
