They are elite Rangers in the New California Republic Army. They wear the iconic NCR Ranger combat Armor, commonly referred to as "Black Armor", Coat, and the distinctive Helmet inspired by Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade. They are renowned for their survival and combat prowess. They often perform reconnaissance, so they use a Sniper Rifle during operations.
