Azur Lane's personification of the US Navy submarine USS Nautilus (SS-168).
She has medium-length Blue Hair with curled Sidelocks, and Yellow Eyes. She wears a one-piece Black One-Piece Swimsuit with Detached Sleeves, Rudder Footwear, and a Single Thighhigh on her right leg. Unlike the other Eagle Union submarines, her Rigging, a mechanical Narwhal, is more in line with Iron Blood than Eagle Union, but starkly blue in color.
Her hairstyle leads some players to note a similarity with Eula (Genshin Impact).
In real life, Nautilus played an instrumental role in the Battle Of Midway: she had tried to attack Kirishima (Azur Lane) but was shooed off by the destroyer Arashi with a depth charge attack. Afterward, Arashi sped at full speed to rejoin her sister destroyers screening the four Kido Butai carriers, leaving a long white wake for Enterprise (Azur Lane)'s dive bomber squadrons, then at the limits of their search, to trail Arashi to the carriers. These dive bombers soon found the carriers in the middle of fending off Hornet (Azur Lane) and Yorktown (Azur Lane)'s torpedo bomber attacks, leaving no combat air patrol to challenge them in their dive bomb attacks that fatally damaged three of the four carriers.
Later, Nautilus herself tried to attack the burning Kaga (Azur Lane), but scored only one dud hit.
