An Angel Beats! character. He has short Green Hair and Yellow Eyes. He is the Vice President of the Student Council, and is normally seen wearing a black Gakuran, black Pants, and a Black Hat.
He is capable of hypnotizing anyone he makes eye contact with, and when he does so, his eyes turn red.
