The parody avatar of director Watanabe Shinichi, who appeared as a character in Watanabe's anime adaptation of Excel Saga and its spinoff Puni Puni Poemi. Nabeshin has a huge afro and wears the same red suit as Arsène Lupin III, which is also what Watanabe looks like in real life.
