Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese heavy cruiser Myoukou. Character design by Bob, voiced by Taneda Risa.
She is portrayed with long Brown Hair tied in a braided bun (revealed in her second remodel), and Brown Eyes. She wears the Myoukou-class purple Military Uniform with Puffy Short Sleeves, a black Pencil Skirt, white Pantyhose and white Elbow Gloves.
Her Rigging consists of two 20.3 cm twin gun mounts on her shoulders, her real-life bridge split into each of her elbow gloves (and a third 20.3 cm twin mount on her right glove), and four 61 cm quad Torpedo Tubes on her waistline and Thigh Straps.
