Voice of Hakurei Reimu in SpeCa☆. The only Reimu to have Purple Hair and a Blue Ascot and white Hair Tubes largely because of restrictions that were suddenly placed on the MMD model, so people started drawing fan art closer to PC98 Reimu. Like Kinu (Cookie) they originally pretended to be a woman but later admitted that he was a man. Was slightly jealous of how easily Kinu was able to have a feminine voice.
While Kinu's admission of being a man was surprising and definitive, Mugi kept his gender relatively ambiguous for almost all of 2017, switching between male and female pronouns. This led to a lot of confusion over his gender since he had not released a video of his natural speaking voice yet, becoming the only voice actor to be called -aneki-aniki (姉貴兄貴). In 2018 he would release a video of his actual voice and go inactive. Was a fan of Senjougahara Hitagi.
