Monarch is portrayed as a large-breasted, purple-eyed redhead wearing a stylized Royal Navy uniform with an admiral's sleeve insignia, with a Peaked Cap, Thumb Rings, Black Gloves, Black Jacket around her shoulders with Aiguillette and Epaulettes, and Black Thighhighs.
Her rigging consists of her triple 381 mm guns as well as her secondary battery of four 133 mm twin DP mounts, while she uses a Scepter as her melee weapon.
