A character from Goddess Of Victory: NIKKE. A member of the Queen's elite squad, the Heretics (Nikke).
She is Marian (Nikke)'s current form, having been recovered and repaired by Rapture forces following her apparent euthanization.
After engaging the Counters several times, she would be purged of her corruption through a substance known as "Vapaus". However, the Rapture "Chatterbox" in its dying moments would force a hard mental reset which left Modernia in a toddler-like mental state, though she still remains fond of the word "Commander". She was taken care of by the Pioneer (Nikke) Pilgrims while on the run from Ark authorities, who hope to cut her up and reverse-engineer the Rapture technology within her body. But was soon transferred to White Knight (Nikke) and has since been a resident of their kingdom.
She has Red Eyes and long Grey Hair with Sidelocks, wearing bandages on her head. She's a Mecha Musume wearing Armor and a Bodysuit, showing her Large Breasts. Wears black armored Fingerless Gloves, Shoulder Armor, a yellow Hair Ribbon, armored High Heel Boots, and is usually carrying her Submachine Gun. She also has a Mechanical Tail.
