A type of Japanese Clothes worn during a Shinto Festival by those carrying the yamakasa, a type of float. It consists of Fundoshi underwear and a Happi coat tied in the front with a knot.
Due to the revealing nature of the clothes, men are the ones to wear them, though women are often drawn wearing them for fanservice reasons.
