Miyadeguchi Mizuchi is the main antagonist and the true culprit in Foul Detective Satori, debuting in Chapter 16.
She has Sharp Teeth and wears her hair in a Ponytail with a Skull Hair Ornament. She has Hair Tubes in front. Mizuchi is depicted with a Striped Shirt and a Striped Skirt, similar to Prison Clothes. Fitting her title, she is decorated with Cuffs, Shackles, and Chains all over. Being a vengeful spirit, she has two Ghost Tails in place of her lower legs, similar to Soga No Tojiko.
In chapter 42 it is revealed that she used to be a shrine maiden 100 years ago before she was killed by youkai
