Arrested for violating space traffic laws, the genetically enhanced "super human" Kujo Chiharu and cyborg Kurusu Makina (Milky Galactic Universe) are sentenced to perform community service alongside four other convicts aboard the Milky Subway, a Train used for interplanetary travel.
