Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese escort ship Mikura. Character design by Acea4, voiced by Uchida Shuu.
She has long Grey Hair done in Low Twintails, and Green Eyes. Her default outfit is the class' uniform: a white Sailor Shirt with Puffy Short Sleeves and Blue Sailor Collar, knotwork tie, white Undershirt, red Pleated Skirt with Hip Vents, white Sailor Hat, White Gloves, White Socks, and a dolphin pin on her collar, referring to her namesake island's dolphins (she thus joins Taigei's club of wearing cetacean-shaped pins).
Her Rigging is shared with the rest of the class: her real-life funnel and masts to her back, a 12 cm Handgun mount, Depth Charges on her Brown Belt and Thigh Strap, and Paravanes on her ankles.
She is often nicknamed "Okra" due to alternate kanji readings (The "Mi" in "Mikura" can also be read as "O"), even by her artist.
