Metoidioplasty, also known as "meta" is a surgical procedure only performed on trans men to construct the enlarged Clitoris from Testosterone (see Large Clitoris) into a micro penis. Scrotoplasty and Glansplasty may also be performed as well. It is a type of Sex Reassignment Surgery.
