Matt is a character from Death Note, he is Mello's friend who lends him aid on the Kira case. Like Mello and Near (Death Note), and earlier, L (Death Note), Matt was raised at Wammy's House—Watari (Death Note)'s orphanage for gifted children in Winchester, England.
