Master Panda is a parody character introduced in Character Material as part of the Tsukihime franchise, also appearing in Carnival Phantasm and Melty Blood: Type Lumina.
He teaches Arima Miyako martial arts and entertains kids in the park.
It is heavily implied his real identity is actually Nanaya Shiki.
