Mask Maker (Pokemon)

An unnamed character in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's The Teal Mask expansion. He is the creator of Ogerpon's masks, and an ancestor to Carmine (Pokemon), Kieran (Pokemon), and Yukito (Pokemon).
