The father of the Marui triplets. He's a great parent who's always looking out for his kids... and unfortunately also a big hairy guy who looks like he's stalking them. He gets arrested as a pervert on a daily basis. It doesn't help that the girls are sometimes slow to explain the truth, since Futaba's the only one who doesn't find him embarrassing.
