She is portrayed as a girl with three shades of pink Medium Hair with Purple Streaks, a Heart Ahoge and Hair Tied on the side by a purple and Black Bow bows. She has Purple Eyes; the left one is covered with a strapped Eyepatch. She also wears a Gold Headband attached by several black roses.
Maria has a Stuffed Rabbit attached to her by a Chain, named Sir Ventrilo (Maria Marionette).
