A brown-haired boy from Minami-Ke. He has Parted Bangs and an Ahoge.
He's the classmate of the youngest sister Minami Chiaki who hates him. He develops a crush on the oldest sister Minami Haruka. In order to get closer to her, he starts going to their house disguised as a girl called Mako-Chan (Minami-Ke) with the help of the middle sister Minami Kana.
While Crossdressing (Mtf), Makoto doesn't have an ahoge or parted bangs but Swept Bangs and often wears a Hairclip instead.
