A Rain World creature, reminiscent of a giant Lizard.
Lizards come in various types, distinguished by different behaviors, abilities, and coloration, while exhibiting substantial individual variation. All are carnivorous. Lizards will hunt and kill lizards of a different type as readily as non-lizards. Additionally, most types are hostile to other lizards of the same type, being both solitary and territorial.
Players can tame lizards by feeding them their preferred prey, usually multiple times over several cycles. Tamed lizards will attempt to follow the player Slugcat, will not attack them, and will defend them from threats.
