A soldier from school of Zeno in Moscow, Russia. Also known as The Barents Witch, she uses a jet-looking magic broom named Su-01вe to fly around and fight the enemies. She has blonde Long Hair, and usually wears Aviator Cap with Animal Ears, Goggles, Oxygen Mask, Green Shirt, brown Fur-Trimmed Jacket, and Short Shorts with Star Ornament.
Lilya is voiced by Elina Alminas in English and Kitamura Eri in Japanese.
