Lilia Greyrat (リーリャ・グレイラット) is a Maid serving the Greyrat family in Mushoku Tensei. She is the second wife of Paul Greyrat and the mother of Aisha Greyrat.
A serious and loyal woman, Lilia was once a Royal Maid for the Asura Kingdom's inner palace and an intermediate-rank swordsman of the Water God Style. She retired after being poisoned while protecting a young Ariel Anemoi Asura from assassins, an injury that left her unable to fight as before. She eventually moved to Buena Village and was hired by Paul, a former acquaintance from her swordsmanship training days.
During Zenith Greyrat's pregnancy, Lilia seduced a frustrated Paul, leading to her pregnancy with Aisha. Initially wary of Rudeus Greyrat, she came to deeply respect him after he intervened to save her position during the family crisis. Despite becoming Paul's second wife, she strictly maintains her professional role as a maid and dedicated herself to providing Aisha Greyrat with an elite education to serve the family.
