Cosplays of Kantai Collection's Libeccio, or any of the Mastrale-class shipgirls in general.
Although Libeccio is not the nameship of her class, she was the first of her class introduced into the game. Maestrale (Kancolle), Grecale (Kancolle), and Scirocco (Kancolle), who started appearing in the game much, much later, wear otherwise identical uniforms as Libeccio. Therefore, this tag would be an umbrella tag for cosplays of any Maestrale-class girl unless there are visual cues or commentary specific to either Maestrale, Grecale, or Scirocco.
