Lagoon (ラグーン, Ragūn) is a character from Dream Meister and the Recollected Black Fairy (夢職人と忘れじの黒い妖精). As a meister from Over the Rainbow, he is a vehicle engineer who works on ground vehicles. Although he belittles himself as an old man, he continues to pursue his dream of building a "ship that soars through the sky."
